Mase 4kw Generator was fitted with extensive custom sound proofing, quieting the entire generator compartment plus all of its 14 of exhaust. Now, the only sound heard with the generator running is from the above-water exhaust port.

Dinghy Outboard


5 HP Honda outboard motor for dinghy mounted on custom rear (swim step) stainless steel engine mount. Sideways mount allows unobstructed passage, especially considering theres no dinghy or dinghy mount hardware on the swim step. Outboard motor can be run while mounted, to flush with fresh water and/or perform maintenance (oil and gearbox oil changes).

Exterior Upgrades

The Dingy is carried on the roof, allowing unobstructed views from the cockpit and shorter LOA for slips.
St Croix manual davit modified and mounted on port side, aft end of cabin. Used to launch and retrieve dinghy and kayak. Davit completely removable with one nut/bolt for towing.
Custom stainless steel heavy duty fore-aft dinghy rack includes locking pin & structure to secure the dinghy (no cleat to stub toes on). 
A second fore-aft rack on the starboard side can be used to carry a kayak, car carrier, bicycle, etc. (Currently holds a two-person kayak; not included in sale) 
Towing is legal with dinghy & kayak carried on their roof racks. Maximum height okay.
AB 8 Dinghy has aluminum bottom to protect it on rocky beaches. Deep V shape means no knees in your chin while seated.
Dingy has custom fitted Sunbrella cover.


FlexiTeak rubberized teak look-alike flooring installed in cockpit.
U-Line Ice maker in cockpit
Wash down hose in cockpit selectable between fresh and salt water. 50 coiled hose stores out-of-the-way in rear chain locker, and stretches to reach the bow.
Port side ladder; added one rung to original ladder to make it taller. Relocated ladder forward of the dinghys bow for easy and safe access to roof, dingy area plus starboard-side kayak/storage rack. Non-skid pads added to roof for safety. 

Anchor Systems

Rocna 10kg anchor added as main anchor. Includes 100 chain and 200 rode; all marked every 25'.
Stern anchor added to outboard motor mount on port side of swim step, with original stainless steel anchor and 25 of chain plus rode. Stainless steel rub rail added to swim platform to protect fiberglass edges from stern chain.
