Only defects or improvements that could be made I am aware of:
Mounting plate (plastic) for AC/Heat control in berth needs to be replaced. Noticed the radar occasionally would not start - sent the C80 head unit and radome to Ratheon in Peabody MA for testing - both came back ok - only thing left is the $150 cable between the two - I don't use the radar, so I haven't replaced this cable.

Whether you're planning a weekend of fishing, cruising or camping - this 270 Amberjack has everything you could want. This versatile cruiser features an aluminum arch with rocket launchers, a bait prep station with recirculating livewell, seawater and freshwater washdown systems, a kohler generator, auto-anchor windlass with helm remote, extra set of bravo three signature stainless steel dual props, full camper top, AC and Heat - everything a cruising/fishing/camping couple or family could want from the factory and several improvements we added ourselves.
It takes 15 minutes to set the anchor, put up the camper top and set up the grill and pedestal on the swim platform - before you know it you're eating steak at sunset and enjoying the evening with the option of cozying up in the berth or setting up a queen size mattress to sleep on the deck under the stars.
On many occasions, we've camped for 2 nights/4 days on this boat with another couple - a couple on deck, the other in the berth
She's in and on mooring right now - until Columbus Day weekend - contact me to come and see for yourself!
