ANOTHER  MAJOR PRICE REDUCTION!!!

THE OWNER HAS FOUND HIS NEXT BOAT AND IS MOTIVATED!!!

ALWAYS FRESH WATER UNTIL TWO YEARS AGO!!! When the first Monticello was introduced to the market it was an instant hit. The single level floor plan plus the sharp "clipper" bow as well as a more robust hull construction redefined the image of the historical term "houseboat". With large engines and a sturdy hull the Monticello was ready for bays, rivers and sounds and not confined to lakes as a floating home in a covered dock. The Monticello quickly became known as a "let's go somewhere boat". Pegasus One has only had two owners since new and is an outstanding example of this revolutionary brand. Her upscale interior is spectacular. She is an all option boat with many additional upgrades. Her engines are well cared for and very low time.  The entire boat has always been professionally maintained (records available) with an open checkbook since new.  THERE IS NO NICER MONTICELLO ON THE MARKET!!! Interesting trades will be considered.
