Reliable 310 hp Hinos power this lovely vessel. Professional Hino mechanics thoroughly inspected and upgraded the twin diesels. New turbos, ceramic coat heat exchangers, manifolds, new injectors, and fuel scrubbers and on site records insure piece of mind. Large 440-gallon fuel tanks means more time on the water and less at the fuel dock. A new house battery added to the existing marine batteries and an 8 KW Westerbeake genset keep things up and running. The engine room is pristine, and the large engine room area makes it so simple to take care of your investment.
Fancy Lady II shows the pride of ownership and tender care that many vessels just do not receive. The interior of the spotless yacht reflects the clever Bayliner pilothouse design that is exceptionally roomy. This vessel has 4 berths. A large master stateroom with walk around bed, considerable amount of storage space with hanging lockers and built in drawers in a warm wood finish. Large hatches and in ceiling lighting shower the room with light. A generous private head with shower/tub is adjacent to the stateroom. Down the carpeted hallway is the second berth with a double bed. Use the convenient built in reading lights to enjoy a favorite book while resting. Clever shelves and a side table keep things neat. The final berth in a twin bunk configuration and is by no means cramped, feel comfortable that guests will have plenty of room to stretch out. The second head offers very nice amenities with a full size shower. There is no limit to the storage here either. The portholes all have built in honeycomb shades, raise and lower them to enjoy the view or darken the rooms. A washer and dryer below decks make the laundry easy to manage. Electric and diesel heating (new in 2011) options wafts warm air through out the boat. Built in central vacuum makes spiffing the carpets up a snap. The main salon has a handsome blue settee that sits opposite two cream conversation chairs. A drop down coffee table and side tables with reading lamps adds to the classic charm of the boat. Wall to wall carpeting muffle noise and is cozy underfoot. Under the huge windows, wood cabinets run the perimeter of the salon, adding that warm wood feel and storage options. The open concept galley allows interactions with family while preparing snacks. Step onto the Teak and Holley flooring to the double stainless steel sink, large easy to clean counter space, microwave, stove, oven, trash compactor and fridge /freezer. Under counter storage is expansive, with plenty of room for supplies. Offer guests a beverage from the separate bar area with built in icemaker, small sink and faucet, all contained in a handsome wood console. In true pilothouse style the helm is up a few steps from the salon. A large U shaped seating/lounge area with center table sits behind the curved helm station. The view from here is fabulous. Use the side door to access the decks to get a closer look at the wildlife.
The two helms on this vessel offer a full compliment of electronics, some of which have been recently upgraded. New in 2011, a VHF radio was added to the already impressive array of navigational equipment. A Garmin 4210 GPS/plotter, Furuno radar and dual auto helm are just some of the tools that assist in piloting this fine vessel.
The lower helm has expansive views looking out the large windows; the upper helm is even better with unobstructed views over the bow. A pristine black canvas bimini stretches over the helm and upper deck. Canvas covers for the seating area protect the flawless cushions on the many seat benches. Store items underneath the many benches, then lounge and enjoy the view. The cockpit deck is also covered with a black canvas cover, protecting the main cabin from the elements. Rod holders and an extra large custom swim step denote a savvy fisherperson. The decks, hull and railing are all very well kept and sparking white. Expand your adventure by anchoring in a new cove using the Muir Cougar 1200 winch and lower the claw anchor. Launch the Brig dinghy with the 15hp engine and zip around exploring.
