More Details and Pics Soon

This is a brand new listing that I rushed to activate ahead of the Newport and Norwalk Boat Shows. I'll be getting more photos after the shows, but I have been on this boat and can tell you it shows very well, and should also survey very well. It is literally ready to cruise south for the winter this fall if you are. Just needs launching, bending on sails, and provisioning.

1993 Sabre 38 MK II

Tuscan Sun is likely to be the best outfitted Sabre 38 MK II you will find. In preparation for a Bahamas trip in 2008, the vessel had a complete overhaul of the electrical & charging system to give energy independence at anchor using the solar, and rapid charging while offshore. Since then, no expense has been spared in the last 5 years to prepare for a second winter in the Bahamas. With new sails, new batteries, fresh mast & boom paint, recent canvas, new anchor, comprehensive electronics refit, and significant preventative maintenance work on the engine (incl new injectors, heat exchanger, freshwater pump, exhaust elbow, engine & exhaust hoses). This is the preferred keel/centerboard model, opening up shallow-water cruising and docking/mooring possibilities. You will find that the Sabre 38 MK II has the storage, tankage, comfort, sailing qualities and inventory to cruise both near and far.
