A rare find. Boat was re-upholstered inside and out just prior to storage. Boat was re-powered as well: 260 HP engines and sterndrives with only 219 hours. Only used a few seasons before boat went into long term storage. This is a very clean and superbly maintained boat. Changes in lifestyle and age has me relutantly listing my 300 Sundancer.

Has all stainless bow rails and grab rails. Stainless Steel remote spot light. Stainless Steel Maxwell windless with stainless chain and 600' of 1/2". Custom fiberglass pulpit, Stainless steel fender holders custom stainless mount (easy on and off) holding 3 high powered head lights for night time navigation.
4' swim platform large enough to hold a full size dock box and still plenty of room to walk around.

 It features a stow away rod locker, wet bar, full length transom upholstered bench, Fold down rear helm seating and an aft refrigerator, stereo speakers, fresh water wash down and plenty of 110 outlets. Loaded with overhead and floor lighting.

Auto-Pilot, Furuno radar, Furuno moving map display, Furuno (small GPS) and a Furuno color sounder and a Furuno VHF. On dash Windows PC, super large moving map navigation. Gallons per hour meters, mile per gallon meter and total gallons used.

Shore Power System:
The Sugar Bee has a custom three shore power cord circuits while at dock and has three 1500 watt inverters. (one not working) There are two 3 way switches for each 110 volt circuit to allow the operator to switch any outlet or appliance to any one of the three shore lines or to any one of the three inverters.

Cabin, Lav & Kitchen:
Digital Air conditioning w/reverse heat. 20 lbs/day ice maker, custom 3 full extension mahogany draws. Table converts to 3rd bunk. The full size aft cabin and almost full size forward cabin completely done over with fine fabrics, AC/heat, lots of lighting & storage. Plenty of 110 ac outlets and a 12 volt jacks. Powered kit has lots of lights. Built in trash can and deep bottle storage Custom Refrigerator w/ stainless steel draws and is almost 3 times the cubic feet space than the stock refrigerator.

Engine Room is very nice and clean. Battery charger,  Stainless hot water heater, air compressor, 30 gallon fresh water tank, holding tank with pump out and over board macerator, halon fire extinguisher system and lots of lights.

General Info:
The Sugar Bee has been stored for the past several years and has low hours and low wear and tear. Has many high end custom features and been meticulously maintained. Upholstery inside and out in like new condition. Canvas needs zippers and a little TLC. The boat is a 30 foot SeaRay Sundancer but measures 34' overall with pulpit and swim platform.

Boat is not in the water and is stored on private property. Boat seen on a appointment only basis.
