1986 Bruce Roberts designed custom 45' ketch built by Seamaster yachts in Fort Lauderdale. Three cabin, two heads. Aft master cabin with head, forward double/bunk with head all the way forward. Galley with 3 burner stove and oven, separate refrigerator and freezer with holding plates. Lots of counter space and plenty of storage. Engine under cockpit with 5 access doors allowing excellent access to all systems. Dinghy davits with solar panels. Cape Dory 10 sailing dinghy with full sail rig, 2.5 hp Yamaha and electric trolling motor. Cruise ready with everything you need.  Includes a full 3 section shadetree system.
