Heres an interesting concept:

How about a waterfront home that you can move from city to city. Or, how about an investment property that can be rented while idle as an AirB&B, used for corporate events, weekend charters, etc.. At essentially $400,000, it doesnt take too much imagination to see the possibilities as a unique venture; liveaboard, extensive cruising, or investment.

The current owner has spared no expense in updating this classic to just the right level of elegant finish and mechanical dependability. Baroness III has spent her life as a true yacht should; cruising the Caribbean, up and down the East Coast, and even circumnavigated the great loop several times over. She is far from retirement, but this middle aged girl is just as happy light cruising, entertaining, or simply looking refined dockside.

Look at the huge upper deck area and imagine how many guests you could entertain. Complete with a built in Jenn-Air grill, ice maker, refrigerator, twin settees, reclining sun lounges and even a catering food elevator from the Galley below! When you have a boat like this, you will have lots of friends. If you need to spread them out, there's the covered aft deck equipped with a full on wet bar, the football field sized bow with an enormous sun burner pad and ample seating, as well as giant Salon (with yet another wet bar). Underway or at the marina, all these outdoor areas provide for all weather and orientation for both sunrise or sunset.

Shes also perfectly appointed with her interior décor. Thoughtful retention of just the right amount of classic period attributes from her era were coupled with tasteful modern updates creating a nice blend of elegance and contemporary flair. Hints of Miami Vice, but a West Elm feel. Even the photographer said while she was shooting and noticing some of the subdued vintage elements oh, if this boat could only talk.

Baroness III is ready for a new steward to carry on her legacy. There is an extensive list of upgrades during the several years of recent refits making her no doubt, the best catch on the market. More details and specifics to come.

Some recent refit updates include:

  • New bow and stern thruster
