Priced to sell!!

This boat is a true blue water cruiser. She is priced at 1/2 of what others are going for. She does need some work; however, the amount of work needed to get her in tip top shape would be worth the effort. The owner is motivated and will entertain any reasonable offers. All running rigging had been newly replaced and the standing rigging is in good shape. A new forestay has been installed. This vessel has proven itself in the past and is ready for another adventure.

1984 Nautical Development Ocean 40

Boat is in great condition with brand new running rigging. The sails are in excellent condition and there is a short list of items required to get her underway.

Boat has:
New (not installed) battery/tank monitoring system - PICO Battery Monitoring System made by Simarine
Brand New raymarine autopilot system installed
4K watt radar (head unit / display was bad and I just replaced it but there is an issue we are still trying to work out with it)
Garmin 760 GPS
VHF
2 Solar Panels with solar controller system for house and overflow starter battery charging
2 AGM batteries for house bank with approximately 380 AH of capacity
1 AGM starting battery i
Wind generator (currently not operational) the blades are broken but I have a set of spares onboard
Dinghy davit system
Dinghy is with the boat but the tubes are shot so this will need to be fully replaced
8 HP evinrude dinghy motor clamped to the rail
Full Eisenglass cockpit cover sections that attach to full bimini system system for the cockpit (the Eisenglass is pretty deteriorated and hard but the canvas is good - I was thinking of just replacing a couple front panels for visibility and using like that for a while)
Fresh water pressure pump, bilge pump, manual pump head, gray/black water holding tank near nav station 85 gallon fuel tank, dual 75gallon water tanks, HVAC system is there but I not currently operational, refrigerator installed in galley counter but compressor system for it was removed for repair by previous owner and needs a replacement, AC inverter
Stand up shower with separate sink and one extra sink in front Vberth area.
The front furler is broken and I have a quote to replace it
Water maker works but needs a seal kit.
She's a great boat and is built strong.
