The interior offers a very spacious three cabin, two head layout with guest quarters forward of the primary bulkhead, common space amidships and owner's quarters aft. Beginning forward there are two water tight bulkheads, one forming the anchor locker and the second forming a larger storage locker further aft. The water tight bulkhead separates the locker from the foremost cabin and has an access door into the cabin. The interior teak joinery and teak & holly cabin sole are complemented by beautiful Baltic doors and arched door frames. The steel blue upholstery and high quality foam cushions were custom made and installed by a master craftsman in 2000 and are in very good condition. The pearl white Corian counter tops were installed in 1998 and provide a beautiful contrast to the rich teak joinery. The head liner panels are covered with white vinyl and are also in very good condition. FORWARD CABIN - Furnished with a large double berth to starboard with storage
space beneath. A small dressing seat is located forward, line storage rack installed to port and privacy door aft. MID CABIN - Located to starboard and furnished with a large double berth outboard with storage beneath. Bureau with storage drawers forward, mirror and privacy door inboard. A step up to the berth houses one of the battery banks. GUEST HEAD - Located to port opposite the mid cabin and furnished with a vanity with Corian counter top and wash basin with pressure hot and cold water. A mirrored teak cabinet is installed above the vanity with additional storage below. A manual flush marine toilet is situated forward and plumbed to a holding tank with Y-valve. A separate shower stall is situated aft and furnsihed with a molded seat and shower sump. SALON - Furnished with an L-shaped settee to starboard, large teak pedestal table with drop leaf and hinged bench seat on the centerline facing the table. The centerline seat hinges open to provide accesss to the engine battery box and bilge. A straight settee is located on the port side. There is an abundance of storage space outboard of the settees. Custom mesh curtains with zippers are installed on the outboard storage areas. Additional storage lockers with hinged teak doors are located above the settees to port and starboard. The robust companionway ladder is situated on the centerline line and hinges up to privide excellent access to the engine room. GALLEY - U-shaped configuartion located to starboard and furnished with Corian counter tops and plenty of teak storage cabinets and drawers. Wisely located adjacent to the companionway, this galley is designed for ease of use while in port or at sea. See complete equipment list in galley section below. NAVIGATION STATION - Situated to port and furnished with a large forward facing chart table and navigators seat. Instrument displays are mounted forward and outboard, electrical panels and tank gauges are mounted on the aft bulkhead. Storage drawers are located beneath the chart table. WALK THRU TO AFT CABIN - Located to port leading aft from the navigation station. There are two large teak doors outboard which provide accesss to a spacious storage area. The generator with sound shield is installed in the forward section with additional storage space outboard. A large hanging locker is further aft. There is additional engine room access inboard. OWNER'S CABIN - Furnished with a queen sized berth on the centerline with storage space beneath. There are single pipe berths to port and starboard with additional storage beneath. Spacious storage lockers with hinged teak doors are installed to port and starboard. Another hanging locker with additional shelf space is installed forward and has removable panels for engine room access. 55' Baltic Yacht - 2012 ENGINE Year: 1984 Located in Albany, NY Hull Material: Fiberglass Engine YW# 75191-2192244 NEW YANMAR 110 HP ENGINE 2012, NEW AWLGRIP DECKS 2012, 12 PAX COI POSSIBLE FOR CHARTER S/V OUTLAW is a powerful high performance cutter with a double cockpit deck plan and luxurious three cabin two head cruising interior. A new Yanmar 110hp. engine has just been installed in September 2012. In addition, the teak decking has been removed from the side decks and replaced with a high quality Awlgrip finish. This work was also completed in 2012. The yacht was originally built for the 1985/86 Whitbread around the world race and finished in 2nd place. After the Whitbread she was dry stored for eleven years in Holland.
