Although built on a typical downeast skeg style hull, UnderDog is powered by twin Volvo TMD63PA 370hp diesels for extra speed and mobility. The Young Brothers 33 is built using a solid fiberglass hull and plywood cored decks, pilothouse, and cockpit. An April, 2018 survey found no evidence of de-lamination or notable moisture intrusion anywhere.
Underdog is a serious, no frills fishing machine and is ready for an early spring launch. There is a removable harpoon pulpit included (not shown). The tower controls are fully functional, the tower is removable if it doesn't fit your needs.
