I Spent A Year in SSF renovating and updating to fit a tiny hose/houseboat on the water, she was a sound vessel prior but needed a makeover.

Highlights:  36ft x 12 x 12 (the pics will show the rest)

Low Hours on Volvo Penta 3.0 GS inboard/Outdrive SX, 

Hauled out in September 2018 (Berkley Marine Center)

New Wires, plugs, oil, filters, zincs

New Boat and House Batteries, New Serpentine Belt

New Raw Water pump, New Thermostat and housing

Throttle Cables all reworked and cleaned (engine/helm)

Bottom scraped, sanded, painted (Sharkskin) Boot stripe and trim, Outdrive

Decking has been sanded but the temperature was too low to paint at time.

Decking painted in Antiskid (White 2gal, Primer 1gal) Deck Paint.

Engineered Hardwood Floors, Primed Floor and removeable carpet in Berth Berth fits Queen Mattress (not included) Size it up and purchase for reccommend (Short queen RV size) 

Couch expands to Full size with a topper its pretty nice and the topper stows inside the couch

Dry Bilges! (after new water tank install)

2 x 50ish Gal Gas tanks (thats a guess) gas consumption was pretty good from Berkley to Walnut grove, drove fantastic, Depth finder works, radio works. 

All rot and leaks repaired (its a boat they happen) (best of knowledge) 

New countertops throughout

(kitchen is all updated to 2018 Tiny living)

10 Function Pressure Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Sink, Induction Cooktop, Electric Griddle, Radio/4speaker with all associated auxiliary ports for your tunes.

Nature head composting toilet air vented (uses peat moss or coconut coir)

30-Gal Fresh Water Tank (Trionic)

Black water system removed (no smell)

Large Dehumidifier 

2 Tower Heaters

2 TVs DVD player and antennae

Bottom was scraped and cleaned and inspected every three months while in the bay

As I said I intended to live on her for a bit longer but was able to transfer out of the bay. So, I put some thought and love into this vessel and was a perfect escape from the city and work. 

LIVEABOARD READY or perfect for weekend excursions or simply a place to relax in a marina away from it all.
