***NOTE THIS IS A PROJECT BOAT IN NEED OF REHABILITATION***

Angel 56 LRC Flush Deck Trawler M/Y

Features an Integrated salon, galley, and helm all same level with no bulk heads to obstruct views. Interior wood is mostly in good condition where not water leak damaged.

Aft deck flybridge has had attempted repairs to correct leaks and is still in need of further repairs. (see pics) flybridge equipment and controls are heavily weathered.

Boat has not been sea trialed and was initially towed from uncovered PNW freshwater lake moorage.

Main engines both have been started and will run but show 10,000 hrs on the meters. Generator is not operational.

Most of the visible exterior wood trim, on doors, on transom, and the railings, etc are in need of extensive refinishing as most all have the finish is peeling up.

Teak decks in fair condition. Interior has signs of previously mentioned water leak damage from roof as well as windows.

Vessel also has reported stabilizer fin damage on starboard side.

Other systems on board have not been tested. Boat is on consignment from lender and is being sold as is where is.
