1982 SAN JUAN 34 ACCOMMODATIONS
SANTA ROSA has a comfortable, roomy layout, with plenty of berthing options. The forward V-berth cabin is large enough for two adults; the filler cushion affords additional elbow and shoulder room. The two settees in the salon, one which pulls out to accommodate two guests, can provide additional berths. The quarterberth aft to starboard is a seat for the navigation station, and can also be an additional berth.

The salon on SANTA ROSA features a teak and holly sole, two settees, a full-size navigation table with quarterberth to starboard, opposite the galley, storage cabinets, and numerous portlights. There is a nice storage area to port, opposite the entrance to the head. Access to the engine room is behind the ladder steps aft in the salon.

1982 San Juan '34' SANTA ROSA is a San Juan 34 sloop built by Clark Boat Company of Kent, Washington. She is the perfect recreational boat for romantic sails, family adventures, weekends away, or longer cruises. The boat does need some cosmetic work and personal upgrades, but all in all is a solid boat, with some nice rigging features, including a painted keel-stepped aluminum mast and boom, a double-spreader, rod rigging, chromed bronze turnbuckles, an adjustable backstay, and a spinnaker pole.
