The guest stateroom has a spacious V-berth with outboard shelves which could be used for a 4-berth cabin. It also has a hanging locker, drawers, storage below the berth and desk/vanity with seat and mirror. The guest head also has a separate shower. This head may be easily accessed from the pilothouse.
The sleeping cabins and salon have been insulated with Styrofoam and paneled in teak.
Pilothouse and Salon/Galley:
The pilothouse has swivel chairs for the captain and navigator, an L-shaped settee which can be a separate berth and many windows for excellent visibility. The spacious salon is three steps down from the pilothouse and includes a U-shaped galley with a serving counter. The salon has been furnished as a home living room with free-standing furniture.
The galley is essentially part of the main salon, allowing the host or hostess to prepare food or serve drinks and while remaining a part of the gathering. A large counter/bar with bar stools is a great place to serve anything from light snacks to a full buffet.

Designed by Blaine Seeley. This 48' Meridian Pilot House trawler offers a unique combination of great sea-keeping combined with a shallow draft of only 3.4'. The bow flair and deep forefoot prevents plunging into head seas, while aft, the bilges flatten and harden to increase lateral stability. Powered by twin 240 hp Perkins diesels, her fuel-saving, semi-displacement hull allows long-range cruising.
In addition to being well equipped for cruising, this boat could make the ultimate live-aboard with its extensive storage, insulated living spaces and 120v lighting and outlets
