THIS NORWEGIAN DdESIGNED and built North Sea Classic Trawler Yacht with heavy scantlings designed and built to Norwegian ship building standards, North Sea conditions, is reluctently being sold due to advanced age and health issues.  She is capable of crossing oceans with a range of 3,000 miles and has the systems on board for extensive  cruising to remoote areas.

the vessel under went a major refit in 1999-2000.  The engine  room completely gutted and redone concrete ballast removed, 37' of keelson replaced, 18 keel bolts, fuel tanks removed, bilge cleaned and new ballast installed. New engine beds installed, a heavy duty engine oil containment pan fabricated to collect any future oil spills. A new slow turning diesel, transmission shaft, propeller, cutlass bearing , packing gland, rudder and power assited hydraulic steering. Electrical systems including wiring and circuit breaker panel for 12v, 120v and 240v circuits. Fresh water plumbing replaced with new plastic piping and manifolds for routing hot and cold water circuits. Wing fuel tanks opened cleaned and weak areas rewelded. New 900 fallon fuel tank fabricated and installed under sole of master cabin. All fuel lines replaced with ABYC compliant lines.

The vessel does have deficiencies. There is fungi rot  in various location in the bulwark planking cap rails and posts as well as the stem. Winches on the mizzen mast need to be replaced. Vessel needs painitng on exterior. The original paint needs to be striped from the aluminum structure on out board side. I hve stripprd the inside where I could reach and repainted. There is minor minor carpentry on inside in the pilot house to be completed

Engine and mechanicals have had light duty and have been regularly service. The majority of the hours were accumulated doing long runs at 1400 RPM with minimun shifting of transmission. Manuvering speed is normally at idel speed
