Executive Summary:
The founding members are all experienced Houseboat Captains who have individually
owned similar size vessels to the Yacht build called Meticulous. We designed this vessel
to be an (8) owner boat. It will be a Manager managed LLC.
We are currently in production with Adonia Yachts.

Meticulous has 6 staterooms, 2 kids cuddies, and 2 Master Suites.

The finish level can be described at a level 9 build with
full lighting packages interior/exterior, control 4 automation, and an audio system to rival
the best of the best!

We will have Adonia's newest Jet ski deck with fold down platforms
so PWC's can be moored off hull and additional rear deck space can be captured for a
full reverse lay out lake experience.

We elected to build a vessel that has 2 Master bedrooms in order to equally
accommodate 2 heads of households . This option also allows the owners to honor our
elders/friends/business associates by creating additional living spaces that are in equal
stature to a second Master Suite and worthy of distinguished guests.

This vessel will be kept at Antelope Point Marina. The vessel will
be managed by Adonia Yachts/House Boats Unlimited and will utilize Adonia's turn
program. We have figured an 8-9 day turn week. The annual dues are estimated at
$5,000.00-$10,000.00 which would cover slip fees, minor fixes, and the passive
contribution to an annual collection fund to cover future maintenance and upkeep.

We have included a Golf Cart or Razor to be privately held by this vessel for personal use at
the dock for transport of trip supplies on Marina Property.

The vessel name “Meticulous” is reflective of the ownership group we intend to produce
and operate. “Meticulous” is a well thought out, detailed and ergonomic vessel. We want to
bring details to this vessel that collectively reflect our lake experiences and our active
lake life styles. We are seeking Partners that are extremely attentive, involved, and
organized who seek to own and maintain a Meticulous group asset. (Ownership
Interviews discuss these premises in more detail).

Having both been part of numerous ownership groups, we hope to seek like minded
individuals who will care and keep this vessel maintained in a “Meticulous” manor and
be considerate of the trip and ownership groups who follow them. We will utilize
electronic group communications and require active participation from each ownership
group to ensure the next group gets all the necessary consideration and courtesy to
create consistent trip success.

We have added so many custom amenities! Things such as, Wake Foil
Storage/Surfboard Deck Racks/ Specialty beverage locations/700 gallon toy tanks/ Etc.
This is a Cortex body with a Ferrari Interior.

We will require a $50,000.00 deposit to hold a specific time slot which will be refundable
for a 30 day period when due diligence should occur. The remaining share amount will
be due after the vetting period has been completed.
