2007 Sun Tracker Party Barge 25 I/O Regency

2007 Sun Tracker pontoon boat and trailer currently located in St. Marks Florida. The boat has a clean, Florida title and registration. The trailer is registered but not titled (not required in Florida)   Boat Details: - 2007 Sun Tracker Regency - 3.0 liter Mercruiser Inboard/Outboard motor - low hours and regularly maintained by the marina shop - Aluminum dual pontoons with a center capsule for the motor - Beige decking carpet - full carpet in good condition - New bimini top - replaced in 2018 with a new OEM top from manufacturer - New mooring cover - OEM cover purchased in 2018 (the cover snaps to the railings to protect the inside of the boat from dirt, rain, etc. when stored - it is not intended to be used on the boat when trailering) - Clarion marine receiver with Sirus/XM antennae installed (all you need is the service account). The receiver has a USB connection cable installed for connecting a phone, MP3, etc. - The four factory speakers were updated by the previous owner who also installed 2 subwoofers under the back bench seating and two power amps to power the system. The power amps have a cut-off switch installed in the dash to turn off the system and save battery. There is a 12v power-point on the dash with a USB adapter for plugging in phones, tablets, etc. - The boat has a pop-up changing room in the back; however, the changing curtain was ripped and needs to be replaced - The changing room area has a new port-a-potty mounted to the decking (it clips in and is easily removable). The port-a-potty has never been used, not even once   Trailer Details: - 2007 Trailstar aluminum trailer matched to the boat - roller guides to center the pontoons above the bunks when loading - built-in steps to board the boat while trailered - dual axle with surge brakes - trailer is in good condition but needs new carpet on one or two of the bunks - all lights and brakes work, the trailer has a broken tail light cover in the back; however, I have two brand new OEM replacement lights
