Show Girl lives up to her name, as she is a classy, showy Fibercraft-Delta 37 built in 2000. Twin Volvos with the reputation for reliability and exceedingly well maintained as well as the pristine overall condition makes this 37-foot Delta a fabulous find. Recent refit in the yard that built her in the winter of 2018.
Dry. Very, very dry. The Dickinson stove with stack robber has been kept running continually, and the interior of Show Girl is warm and dry. The large salon sports a settee with table that seats 6, and adjusts into an oversized double berth in the evenings. The cushions are covered in a medium sky blue easy to clean vinyl. The starboard side galley has a Goldstar microwave, stainless steel sink, tons of countertop space and a clever rubbish cabinet with window. Easy to clean laminate paneling is trimmed in handsome teak and is echoed throughout the boat. Large windows allow the light shine in, and the view is spectacular. Tons of storage is available in every cabin, under the large v-berth, seating with built in hanging lockers and drawers. Everything can be put away neatly. The marine head with shower has a booster pump that assists in keeping the delicate marine toilet working above average and smelling fresh. Hot water for washing up is on demand using the engine heat. The large v-berth has two singles topside, and two singles lower that can be made into a huge queen size single berth. Again, handsome paneling, built in reading lights and a Bonar skylight for star gazing make this cabin roomy and relaxing. The upper helm has a built in bench seat for the captain, and a larger one for guests. Plenty of room for visiting or an afternoon snooze! Access the bow using the starboard door right next to the helm. Everything in the interior of this vessel is clean and well tended to.
Engine + Mechanical
The interior is clean, the exterior is clean, and the engine room is spotless. The twin 2000 Volvo TAMD 63 370 HP engines have just 6547 and 6425 hours on them. Modifications to assist in maintaining them easily include an oil change pump and a standpipe to drain fuel. The engine room is large enough that engines may be serviced while standing up. Lifting the aft hatches results in immediate access. Troll valves are also an added feature. New gel cell 8D batteries insure constant power.
Electrical + Electronics
As expected for such a lovely lady, she has a full compliment of electronics. A Comnav 101 autopilot, Raytheon depth sounder and radar, Lowarance plotter /GPS and Raytheon V850 VHF. The Pioneer CD player pipes tunes to the four speakers, two in the pilothouse and two in the main salon. An EPRIB is also included.
On the bow a hydraulic drum windless with a roller fairlead lowers the 33-pound claw style anchor on stainless steel chain and stainless steel rode. The 4 blade nibral props sharply spin while underway. Bennett trim tabs and Morse cable controls assist in piloting this stellar vessel. The decks are flawless, with walk around gangways and shining safety rails. Bottom and zinc's have been done this year. The hull and paint are blindingly white. The aft cockpit is humungus, with a built in cabinet. In the cabinet is a stainless steel sink and hook up for an outdoor hot water shower. Store gear and clean up! There is additional seating and room for gear, coolers and kayaks on the aft deck, topside and bow. Wash downs on both the bow and stern keep everything rinsed and clean. Show Girl is truly unique. A coveted Delta design, paired with years of loving care and attention to detail make Show Girl an excellent choice for a charter, live aboard or family cruising vessel. She has so many more amenities; we just cannot list them all here. Please contact us to tour this lovely lady.
