2000 Bayliner 4087 Aft Cabin Motoryacht

I recommended to the seller this boat not be listed at this time as she is on the hard, needs a complete detail, a starboard side window in salon needs replacement.   She is very dirty and does not show well - but she has lots going for her.  Seller purchased the boat new.  I will have more details shortly with list of working items and recent work completed.   The boat is listed at $65k but my suggested listing price after a complete detail and window repair was $85k.  I am willing to show her but She is land-locked by other vessels until first week in April. Engines and generator reported to be in very good operational order. Paint bottom will be applied prior to spring launch.

Front spit light
Front hatch hydraulic arm
Front stateroom floor replaced
Front bath cabinet
Some bilge pumps (primary ones working)
Aft head fixed or replaced
Kitchen sink leakAft sink leak

Aft cockpit hatch hydraulic lifts (I have them just need to install)
Gauges/sensors need work
Radios are oldNavigation instruments are old (20 years)
House battery needs replaced.
No canvas
Oven not working but cook top does.
