This beautiful 45 ft Express yacht with twin turbo charged low hour Caterpillar 3126 engines rides beautifully and is fuel efficient.  Luxurious amenities abound on deck. Her 13’-11” beam offers an outdoor entertainment area large enough for the entire crew.

Accommodations: The Sea Ray 450 Sundancer features large open salon with designer interior. The salon floor is custom engineered laminate with large under floor storage compartments. A  Hi / Low dining table creates the perfect convertible dinette with the custom leather couch that becomes a full size bed for guests. The full galley includes a 3 burner electric cooktop stove, microwave oven, isotherm refrigerator/freezer, built in blender, coffee maker, speldide washer and dryer, pressure water system and electric hot water heater, Cable / TV antenna connections, stereo, and wall mounted flat screen TV. The galley, starboard in the salon, also features corian counter tops, excellent ventilation through opening hull side portholes and screened deck hatches. Boat is equipped with 120 volt and 12 volt mood and accent lighting throughout.  

Forward of the salon you will find the master stateroom with full size custom bed with storage underneath, in-suite private vaccuflush head,  with duckbill valve replacements completed in Dec 2022, private shower with circular acrylic shower entry, two  cedar lined closets with mirrored doors, a vanity dresser with mirror, cedar lined drawers, and a pocket style privacy door. Forward air conditioning system was replaced in 2022.  

Amidships the Sundancer conversation area by day and sleeping quarters by night includes a cedar lined hanging locker with mirrored doors, and the aft vaccu flush head /shower combination with privacy door.

Forward Deck: Double wide bench seat, and windlass controls. Extended forward hand rails with integral bow pulpit and walk rails. Spacious anchor locker and anchor rode/chain cabinet. Self-deploying anchor guide and thru deck bolted cleats.

Cockpit / Sport Deck: the cockpit area offers spacious circular seating for entertaining, a large swim platform, and large transom door. The well positioned helm with slide and height adjustable Todd  captain’s chair and euro style triple wide companion seat with storage underneath provides the perfect pilot vantage point.   An adjacent wet bar with storage and icemaker compliments the cockpit with multiple storage compartments.  Easy access to the engine room with gas assist lift cylinders. Canvas Bimini top and cockpit cover are new, and original sea ray upholstery is in good condition. 

Helm electronics include a Raymarine E-80 chart plotter, a Standard Horizon VHF,  Vetus Bow thruster controls, a ACR remote spot light, a Simrad auto pilot, 2- Raymarine ST60 Display heads, and a Clarion in-dash Stereo with fusion speakers.  Electronics are in fair condition.

Engine Room: The Pain Killer is equipped with Caterpillar  3126 engines  s of 12/09/2022 with 1237 hrs. port and 879 hrs. starboard. The annual services have been completed through 2022 (with documentation) The engine room includes fresh water wash down, 120v power outlets, engine room lighting and automatic bilge pumps. Aft is the Westerbeke 8kw gen set showing 369 hrs as of 12/09/2022. Annual service have been performed and recorded (with documentation) The engine room also contains the 2 sets of Racor fuel filters, New 4D and 8D Batteries, the remote oil change system, and new 2022  A/C sea water pump. Freshwater pump replaced in October 2022, Engine sea water pump impellers replaced on the port engine in November of 2022.
