im am a proud owner of 1993 sea ray 440 Sundancer with 3ft swim deck. im moving away and cant use the searay anymore  unfortunately, I have to put it up for sale.  lets make both of us happy. right now at marina about to get winterize for the winter... probably won't be available until the end of winter. everything is above average. survey i had recently was beautiful. 

The yacht provides lots of fun and performance. 

this yacht is definitely a head turner.

AC, bathroom works, lights work, added led lghts everywhere  

10k$ worth of music. The music is out of this world and super clear. 

if you like to have a good time and party theres LED lights all over, lazers, fog machine, music that will blow your mind.

Super duper clean inside and out. beautiful condition,

custom seats is a plus. must see....

no major defects. couple gauges not working, easy fix if you know a mechanic  

both engines clean, generated works perfect,

oil change done right before the summer.

comes with 2gps GARMIN that work perfect with sonar and 1 furuno radar. has VHS radio, B&G Network Pilot, 

Separate levers for each engine throttle and shift control. Well secured and function is smooth.

previous owner was a captain, so he took care of the boat, unbelievably perfectly. 

In the process of getting the registration and the boat is undocumented.

No evidence of blisters was found on hull bottom during bottom inspection.

Props have four blades and are made of bronze alloy. Prop hub stamped with a diameter and pitch of 22 X 23. Props are in serviceable condition. No bent, chipped or damaged prop blades.
