She is in the water for the summer...
AT OUR DOCK!!!
Speed & Distance
One of the early so-called “performance trawlers”, the Albin 34
Motor Yacht manages to include most of the amenities of a
much larger vessel within the confines of a relatively small boat.
She’s built on a fully cored modified-V hull with a moderate 11'6"
beam, and it’s notable that her swim platform is actually an integral
part of the hull.
Belowdecks, the tri-cabin floorplan of the Albin 34 is arranged
with the galley and dinette forward, two steps down from the salon.
The U-shaped dinette converts into a double berth in the normal fashion, and the head compartment features a separate stall shower. The aft stateroom is small but includes a double berth, private head, and a large hanging locker.
A lower helm and sliding teak deck door is standard in the salon.
The built-in convertible settee to port will seat two or three people.
Overall, the interior of the Albin 34 is well arranged with adequate headroom. The large cabin windows make the salon feel very open.
There’s just enough space for line handling on the small aft deck.
