Punta Gorda, FL 33955Sell a boat like this
This Bristol 45.5 Center Cockpit Centerboard boat must be seen as photos do not do her justice! Tempus Fugit has been fastidiously maintained by her current owners (they are the fourth owners) of almost nine years as well as her previous owners. Much was done to the boat in 2019 such as repainting the deck, new electronics, standing rigging inspection including chain plates, centerboard cable and bushing inspection and much, much more over the recent years. With an abundance of spares on the boat and more equipment safely stored off the boat, Tempus Fugit is truly a turn key go anywhere yacht.
The teak interior and and solid teak and holly cabin soles are in excellent condition with numerous custom features not found on any other Bristol 45.5, The work was done by a well respected craftsman in Virginia. All of the lockers and cabinets have louvers or otherwise ventilated to prevent mold and mildew.
Tempus Fugit has been well loved by her current and past owners and "Pride of Ownership" is evident throughout this Yacht. I don't think you will find a nicer well maintained Bristol 45.5 than Tempus Fugit. The current owners have enjoyed their time on the water traveling from Virginia down the coast and thru the Bahamas, now they are ready to enjoy time on land in the Mountains.
The deck was painted in 2019 and looks perfect! Also in 2019 an Owner's survey was done including a complete standing rigging and chain plate inspection, the report reflected nothing but positive statements with no recommendations. The standing rigging is rod, 1/4 inch for the lower shrouds and back stay and 3/8 inch for the upper shrouds. There are dorades and 5 opening hatches plus numerous portlights offering great natural ventilation. There is a 2015 Seasafe Prolight 6 Person Life Raft which was last inspected in October 2019 with a current inspection date due this past October 2022. There are numerous fenders with cloth sleeves, more than adequate dock lines along with an Ideal electric Windlass with chain connected to a Rocna 25 KG anchor. An anchor washdown fixture is to port of the Chain Locker. A drogue chute is in the chain locker and has never been used. There is a mast mounted whisker pole and Forespar rigid vang, all running rigging appears in above average condition. The winches are oversized Lewmar, two 65's and two 45's along with a mast mounted winch for the Halyards. The centerboard cable and bushing were inspected in 2019 and found to be in good condition.

Redundancy best describes the electronics on this well equipped Bristol 45.5 which were installed in early 2019.The generously sized and out of the way Nav Station has a nice size table and a bank of electronics. There is an ICOM M602 VHF, ICOM M802 SSB, Pactor Modem, Raymarine HybridTouch Multi-Function Display (MFD) with AIS B and a Davis Weather Machine.

This engine has undergone constant preventative maintenance including hose and belt replacement in 2022, heat exchanger service, injectors replaced in 2021 and a full engine service in 2019. The list of engine spare parts is too numerous to list but look at the photos and you will see under the aft berth it is full of spares including a brand new heat exchanger and many other parts. The propeller is a Max Prop bronze 3 blade auto feathering propeller.
The Balmar/Yanmar DC Generator with a reported 800 hours of run time has all new hoses and belts and a deep list of spares.
Tempus Fugit is one of the best equipped yachts I have seen in a very long time. The list of spares for engine, generator, mechanical and electrical systems goes on and on.
