Accommodations
Kiki-Wah II is a unique vessel, with two full-beam staterooms - one king and one queen, plus a third guest/crew cabin with three berths. Each below-deck cabin is ensuite, and there is a day head on deck as well.
The open elevated aft deck is covered with a PipeWelders sunshade.
Moving into the salon through wide double doors, offset to starboard is an L-shaped settee and table to accommodate 6 people for dining. There are two matching sofas to port with coffee table arranged in an L-shape. There are several attractive oriental rugs. Wing doors port and starboard access the side decks. Behind the sofa is a 65” LED TV with power lift system to hide when not in use.
Forward to port in the salon is an office/desk area, and ahead of that, a U-shaped galley. The galley has a full-size stainless refrigerator/freezer, four burner stove with oven, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, and disposal and is well equipped. Opposite to starboard is a day head.
Further forward is the pilot house with wing doors to access the fore deck. Across the aft end is a bar area for liquor storage and a large seat for viewing while underway. Access to the fly bridge is via a full stairway with handrail.
Access to the aft accommodations area is via a stairway offset to starboard in the salon. The aft cabin features a king bed with nightstands on each side, two bureaus and two large hanging lockers. There is a large LED TV on the forward bulkhead with a bureau beneath. The head features a tub/shower combo, vanity with sink, and marine toilet. There are four large opening ports of which the two at the stern are large enough for human egress in case of emergency.
Moving forward in the companionway is a built-in washer/dryer. Access to the very large engine room is immediately forward of the washer/dryer through a doorway and down several steps. The watermaker is to starboard; a new Kohler generator with 717 hours is forward, and opposite is an Onan 6.5 kw standby generator and a new water heater.
Access to the forward accommodations area is either through a door on the forward side of the engine room or a stairway from the pilothouse. The full-beam guest stateroom has a double berth, four large opening ports, and an enclosed head with stall shower. There are adequate hanging lockers port and starboard, and a 9-drawer built-in vanity as well as a built-in nightstand next to the bunk, and another LED TV.
Moving forward is a companionway that has a large storage closet and an enclosed head with tub and shower on the starboard side. Further forward is the crew area or third guest cabin with twin upper berths and a lower berth. There are various built-ins, drawers & lockers.
The fly bridge helm area is on center with the double helm seat, an L-shaped settee across the back of this area, a wet bar and storage area. A PipeWelders top covers the fly bridge. Aft and to starboard of the bridge is a ladder that accesses the aft deck area where there is also room for lounge chairs for sunning.
The foredeck has a full-beam seat forward of the pilothouse and a Portuguese bridge with large storage areas port and starboard. There is a Glendinning Cablemaster shore power reel, a Fortress anchor and a windlass with CQR anchor. The deck area forward is teak, as is the area on the bridge by the helm.
