1984 Ocean Yachts 38ss

Great boat, great value, move forces sale!  Hauled out in May 2022 - Hull blasted, bottom paint, prop and shaft tuning, faux transom rap, teak rub rail to pulpit completely refurbished.  New Lewmar windlass and rode 30/300, hullside detail and wax.  Head is brand new, bridge glass, headliner and bridge cushioning are all nearly new and in fantastic condition.  The remaining "project" items are finish the interior and some electrical work at the batteries, estimate of $1500-$2000 if done professionally. Generator and windlass work great, currently disconnected due to battery area fix listed above.  Engines are 2008 Cat 3118's with approx 400 hours, both engines run great!  I do have several streams of work still going to address some of this, current price reflects as-is today.  Will update if significant work gets completed.
