This Sumerset was custom built for the late Grand Ole Opry Star "Porter Wagoner". The houseboat was delivered to Center Hill Lake new and is still on the same lake today. It is a well-respected treasure based on its performance, amenities, and history.

This houseboat is fully insulated, which is just one of many options and upgrades. It boasts a full control flybridge, insulated canvas party-top, 4 ft. swim platform, water slide and front vinyl enclosures and sunscreens. The houseboat is fitted with MMC controls hooked to a single 3.0 Mercruiser. A full drive service was completed in September of 2022 which included propeller replacement. While away from the dock, the electric power is provided by a large and very efficient 12.5 KW Kohler generator. A new Central HVAC was installed in January 2021. A marine survey was completed in August of 2022.

The interior is also impressive. A full makeover has been done with all new furniture, fabrics, shades, and flooring. The boat has two staterooms and one full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. This is truly a one of a kind and has been loved and cared for all its life.
