30' Islander Sloop 30 '71 "Rancho Relaxo"
The 1971 Islander Sloop 30 design by Robert Finch was and still is a very successful design. You can use this boat for club racing and even better for cruising with family and friends to Catalina or day sailing. RANCHO RELAXO has a great racing record with many up-grades and large sail inventory. It has two genoas, a spinnaker, spinnaker pole, and two mains, tiller steering and much more.
The V-Berth forward is a berth for two and has two lockers to port and starboard. Aft on starboard is the toilet compartment and opposite side is a large locker for line storage and clothes. The locker door can be used as a privacy door to the v-berth. The salon has a bench seat on the port side with a u-shape settee with fiddle table that converts to double berth on the starboard. Aft of the salon on starboard is another locker and the pilot berth being used as storage. On the port is a galley with a single sink, two-burner cooktop and refrigerator below the cooktop. The large cockpit has two custom helm chairs on port and starboard, engine controls and teak grate.
