2008 JC Manufacturing Ensign 21, Brand New Boat Series LOADED 2009 DISPLAY MODEL WITH MERCURY 40EFI 4-STROKE. MSRP : $24,370 Our new Ensign series gives the consumer all of the quality of the premium JC pontoons without some of the "bells and whistles". Equipped with a Mercury 40hp ELPT EFI engine, this boat will surely put aroudn the lake, or just cruise nicely on a Saturday afternoon. It is therefore a very high quality basic pontoon. The tube size, upholstery, helm, and carpet are exactly the same as on the more expensive boats. In addition, there is some extra deck space in front of the rail, perfect for bass seats or just sun-bathing. The Ensign is available in two sizes (21 and 23 ft.) and in twin-tube version only.
