2007 STINGRAY 220 SX Custom Twin Turbo V8, NEW!!Finally offered for sale! This boat is brand-new with under 20 demo hours on it. The big news here is under the motor hatch. It has a Volvo 5.7L MPI motor (GM Block) featuring a fully custom built twin turbo MPI setup. Currently running a very mild 6 psi of boost (for longevity) on a system capable of 18 psi, this boat will flat out fly! It can easily handle more boost and can be quickly adjusted via the manual boost controller as well if you want to really up the power. The outdrive is a Volvo SX that turns a 3 blade stainless steel prop and has been painted black and given a beautiful polishing job on the foot to better match the go-fast motif of the boat. With its current set up this Stingray runs low 70's as seen on the Livorsi Tattle Tale GPS speedometer at Tennessee altitude, but there is still plenty more power available in this package. Where this boat really shines is in the acceleration department. From zero to 60 it's very, very quick. It planes remarkably well and it will flat-out scream all the way to top-end. People's eyes will be popping when they see how quickly you leave them in your wake. All this speed and still, the idle is smooth and manageable with no bad manners. As for the sound...well, it's a beautiful thing! Breathing through a custom polished stainless steel intake and dry-pipe exhaust, the turbo whistle and throaty exhaust note combine to make sounds that are nothing short of extraordinary. The dash houses an array of matching gauges for monitoring the engine's status. This is also the very first solid titanium colored boat Stingray ever made!
