2007 OCEAN ALEXANDER 64 Pilothouse Motoryacht, This un-titled, lightly used demo (60 hours) is in great condition, comes with full warranties and has been drastically reduced to stimulate offers. With duel side and aft boarding gates, getting aboard is easy from the Euro transom. From the aft deck there is a stainless sliding door into the salon, molded in steps to the large fly bridge and steps leading down to the stand up engine room. Entering the hi-gloss salon one is greeted by an electric hi-lo table, large L shaped settee, 42 inch TV, complete entertainment system, wine cooler and 2 freestanding chairs. Going forward up 2 stairs you enter the dining, lower helm and galley space that all flow together making a great entertainment area. Port and starboard air activated doors allow easy deck access. Going down the starboard stairs leads to the 3 staterooms. Heading aft you pass a full size stacked washer and dryer at the entrance to the master stateroom with king beth, ample storage and its full ensuite head. Forward you will find a guest SR on the port side with side by side single berths, the guest head is opposite and the VIP SR with queen walk around berth is in the forepeak.
