2007 NOR-TECH BOATS 47 CAT, EXTREME is the best adjective to describe BALLISTIC! Named 2006 Extreme Boat of the Year in the CAT Class, Ballistic is a one-of-a-kind custom-designed ride with hull graphics to match. Beneath the fully-enclosed canopy area it's cooled by a 16,000 BTU A/C system even though the canopy fully retracts. Built with BPM Surface Drives for the best stability on the water, she won't just raise your eyebrows...your pulse will go off the charts with the adrenaline rush! Everyone aboard keeps tuned in to what's happening thru 14" screens at the helm and 7" seatback screens for the passengers and a 6-man David Clark intercom system. We're not just kidding about the name...there are 6 emergency air bottles with regulators in the cockpit and she's got a quick-release emergency escape hatch in the hull bottom. Her graphics were done by "THE" master in the industry, Dean Loucks, and sports among other things 2,000 hand-painted rivets that required 7 steps to achieve the necessary detail.
