2006 EDGEWATER 245, This boat was custom rigged but the GM of an Edgewater Dealership. It has every imaginable option including an electric head, full powder coat package, pop up cleats, Fridged Rigid Cooler, Full Custom Cover, Garmin 3010, Stereo with Infinity Speakers, an amp and 12" sub woofer, and rear bench seat. This is a one of a kind boat with a custom filler on the bow with a pop up Nav light instead of the protruding bow sprit and split bow lights of other Edgewaters. It also has a custom boot stripe that was painted on to give it a much sleeker boat than any other Edgewater on the water. The engine has only 270 hours on it, just had it's 100 hour service, and has 4 years left on the warranty. The foredeck is spacious, and features a recessed handrail, anchor locker and U-shaped seating that comes with a filler piece to create a huge casting or sun deck. Storage compartments under the U-seat are large and drain overboard. The large console has a built-in, folding forward seat with cushion and houses a fully lined, walk-in head compartment with optional marine head. The helm area is set up well, with rocker switches for controlling pumps, lights and the like located on either side of the wheel. The large dash with flush-mounted electronics is in easy reach of the helmsman, and there is a storage bin under the helm with a sealed door. Visibility from the console is great, and there is plenty of room for a companion. The 245 CC sports 89 square feet of usable cockpit space. There are four gunwale-mounted rod holders, under-gunwale storage for four rods on each side with toe-kick bar, and two in-deck fishboxes. The rocket launcher with backrest has holders for four rods along the back and a cutom Firdged Cooler. The bilge can be accessed through a door on the transom and two hatches in the engine well, making it easy to service the live-well diaphragm pumps and raw-water inlet filters. Along the transom is a live well in the starboard corner, a storage bin in the port corner, and a door to starboard that offers access to the integrated engine and swim platform. A dive ladder, handrail and fresh water showerhead are convenient to incoming swimmers. Like all EdgeWater boats, this 245 is built of 100-percent fiberglass, with no wood anywhere. It features the company's PermaGrid II composite stringer system - a large fiberglass grid comprising longitudinal stringers and athwartship beams. The PermaGrid is chemically bonded to the hull, then all cavities are filled with closed-cell polyurethane foam to create an unsinkable hull. The deck is then set on the hull and stringer grid and bonded to the grid and hull flange, as well as fastened to the flange. This creates a strong uni-body structure, as well as a sealed hull and deck joint. This boat is in New Condition and includes a Magic Tilt Trailer.
