Never content to settle for second best, we put countless hours of meticulous work into the construction of every one of our fiberglass deckboats. We begin by applying 10 coats of wax to the molds for consistent part quality. Then, we use a 24-ounce woven roving fiberglass and a six-inch overlap between the hull and deck for greater strength and a tighter fit. Next is the application of 22 mils of highelongated gel coat, sprayed to exacting specifications. Finally, each hull is inspected and weighed for consistency to ensure it meets our exacting standards. It may take a lot of time, but the end result is one beautifully built boat.

Our high-quality 35 oz. vinyl upholstery features stylish Euro top stitches for a unique look and self-draining foam for long-lasting durability. Hull Design
