Accomodations:
Two very nicely appointed and spacious staterooms with ensuite toilets and showers. Sleeping arrangements for Four Persons. Entering from the Aft Deck you will find the Salon and Galley/Bar area. At the Port side tere is a very comfortable sofa with a coffee table. At the Stbd side are two arm chairs and the Galley/Bar area. In the Salon Area is the main entertainment center and TV. Going up the stairs is the pilothouse and a large Dining table that can seat six persons. Following the stairs to the lower deck, you will find the Fwd Vip, and the Center Master. From the Pilothouse Staircase going up you enter the Flybridge. The sunbathing, Barbeque area is on the same level. The Pilotstation is on a higher level accessed by a set of stairs. Going down the staircase for the two staterooms you turn to the aft for the full beam master. Stbd side is the queen size bed. On the fwd bulkhead there is the LCD TV by Sharp mounted on the wall and at the aft side is a set of closets. One of the closets has the washer and dryer within. At the port side and in a separate area, you will find the vanity with the VacUFlush Toilet and the shower. Going down the staircase and fwd you will find the VIP. A 14 inch TV with DVD in a cabinet across the VIP bed and the VacUFlush toilet system and shower at the Stbd side.
Mechanical Equipment:
From the Aft deck hatch you enter the Lazarette where you will find the door for the engine room. Coming in the engine room you will find at the Stbd and Port side the two aft fuel tanks with side tubes for monitoring, at the port side is the Westerbeke Genset. The oil transfer system, the water heaterm the permanent Fire system by Seafire are at the Aft Stbd side. Dripless seals on shafts. Outboard of the mains are the two main fuel tanks. Forward of the engines are the dual Racor filters for both Port and Stbd main and also the Racor filter for the Genset. At the forward engine room bulkhead is also the fuel distribution manifold. This engine room is equipped it with Soft Ceiling hatches to allow easy access to the engines for the top and the sides.
Galley:
Located in the main deck area with the salon is the Galley. Equipped with: side by side Sub Zero cabinet refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, GE Spacemaker oven/microwave and extraction fan, Princess ceramic cook yop and oven. Galley countertop made out of Corian.
Electonics and Navigational Gear:
Captains Chair and full electronics package. Bowthruster control and AC/DC breaker panels. also in the Helm station dash board you will find the following: VHF Ray 53DSC, Depth Finder, Anchor windlass control, trim tab controls, fuel gauges for both engine rooms and aft tanks, ACR spotlight control, 12V socket, engine room blowers control, electronic monitors for main engines by Cummins, engine gauges by VDO, Westerbeke generator remote start/stop and monitor gauges, engine sync switch, rudder indicator, chartplotter RL70C, radar RL70C
Additional Equipment:
Barbeque cabinet area with sink and refrigerator with ice maker, spacious sunbathing easily fits four lounge chairs, davit at port side by UMT and three stairs to flybridge pilotstation. At the pilotstation behind the captain's chair you will find a seating area for six with a table and the retractable bimini top. The radar arch is retractable which provides a very low bridge clearance if necessary and also easy to work or mount equipment. A beautiful Portuguese bridge gives the access to the bow where a nice seating area exists. The anchor windlass and controls are located in the same area.
