Accomodations:
"Mo Martini I" is one of the few 40 foot Express models which offers two staterooms and two heads, in a three-cabin layout. This unique layout gives you two private sleeping areas, with their own attached heads. The interior is finished in cherry wood. We will start our walk-through on the swin platform. While standing on this platform you notice that there are storage compartments built in to the swim platform. In the transom itself is a door that gives you access to additional storage in the transom. Walking through the transom locker door we enter the cockpit area. When entering the cockpit, we are standing in front of a wet bar, which is equipped with a sink, a refrigerator, and a 110V outlet. To starboard we find comfortable L-shaped seating with a table. The cockpit is covered with a full enclosure and a hard top with two skylights that are vented. Stepping forward to the helm area, we find seating to the port; the helm with companion seat is to the starboard side. Going down the companionway to the salon, we see the cherry wood galley to port and dinette seating to starboard. Turning aft and stepping into the aft cabin, we find a sink and cabinetry to port, and a wet head directly aft. Turning to starboard, we have two single berths side by side with a TV. Going forward to the master cabin, we find an Island style berth with inner spring mattress. In the master state room we have many storage cabinets and see that the head and shower are split. We have the shower, with seat, on one side of the master; the head with sink and medicine cabinet, on the other side. This is an outstanding layout for two people getting ready at the same time. This Cruisers is a must-see if you are looking for an Express with two state rooms, and a boat in very nice condition.

Galley:
The galley is right down the stairs from the cockpit, which is a very handy location. The galley features multiple storage cabinets, microwave, coffee maker, sink, two-door refrigerator/freezer, stovetop and a TV that can be seen from the dinette or galley. The dinette/salon has a large comfortable L-shaped seating area that is air-conditioned or heated with: table, cabinetry, porthole and stereo system. This is a nice area for dining or for just sitting around with the table removed.

Electonics and Navigational Gear:
Raymarine RL 80C and Raymarine L 1250 with chart plotter, DSM250 echo sounder, 4KW dome for radar, and a ST6001 autopilot.
