2004 Catalina 400 MkII

Single owner, Seamoor shows pride of ownership thru and thru.  Yanmar 56hp with a Flex-o-fold prop, she carries an IN Mast furling main , 110% furling jib and Asy Spinnaker.  "Seamoor" is suited out in Raymarine with Knot/Depth/Windspeed-point/ ST6001 Autopilot/ 2KW Radar and RL80CRC Chartplotter.   Electric Main halyard winch in the cockpit takes all the work out of sailing, so sit back and ENJOY !!   This is just the beginning of the list to her upgrades... she is a must to see !

  • The Catalina 400 is a hand laid fiberglass hull with a white gel coat finish, lead keel. Partially cored fiberglass deck with molded in gray on white two tone non-skid. Her wide decks allow for easy and safe movement from bow to stern. Aside from the abundance of large storage lockers, the cockpit is high lighted by its twin Edson helms, offering the helmsman the best possible sterring location regardless of the situation and conditions. Aft of the helm are two stern rail seats (best seats in the house ! ) The walk-through transom makes boarding at the dock or from the dingy a safe and easy task.

  • The Catalina 400 MkII is a very comfortable layout with a spacious interior, 6'11" headroom, and is beautifully fitted out in a satin varnish teak finish and Oyster cream Ultra-leatherette.  Enter down a 5 step companionway, into a large salon with a generously large U-shaped galley to starboard.  Access to aft master Stateroom with a private head and seperate shower and electric head is port of companionway.  The Master Stateroom has a queen inline berth with ample storage along both sides.  Mid ship, along port you have a Nav Station with swing out chair and a long settee with beautiful crafted cabinetry.  Adjacent to starboard is a large U shape salon table, which drops down to convert to a double berth.  Forward is a well ventilated private stateroom with a V berth, ample storage and a private "wet" head with a Vacuflush system.  A very comfortable stateroom for your invited guest on the next cruise.
