This is a 2004 Boston Whaler Dauntless 180 Center Console powered with a 2005 135HP Mercury Optimax (Warranty until 2010! 200 hours!) and includes a Tidewater trailer! This setup gives excellent performance and great fuel consumption. It will cruise around 3500 rpm and get 27 mph burning about 5 gph. I rarely go more than 3500 rpm, but the boat will do a little over 40 mph. I just had the motor checked out by my mechanic, the best certified mercury mechanic in my area, and everything checks out great. It has a 60 gallon gas tank that will last you a LONG time of use. In fact I have very rarely filled it all the way up because the boat does so well with gas! There is around 200 hours on the boat and motor. The boat was sold new in 2005 and has a 2005 motor. There is still a year left in warranty on the motor and a 10 year warranty on the hull. The boat is in amazing condition. I religiously clean the boat and maintain the motor. It is always washed immediately after use the and the motor is always flushed. I have two small children and the boat is mostly used for cruising to the beach. There is plenty of room with the cushioned bow upfront and the rear bench seat. There is plenty of storage under the center console, reversible pilot seat, and rear bench seat. It has four rod holders in the rear, four on the sides of the boat, and four in the center console. I am only selling this boat to go bigger. If not for that I would never get rid of this boat. It has been my baby...well my third baby. It is great for all inshore purposes with a good and dry ride. I have had the boat about 25 miles offshore twice and it handled it well. The boat is in amazing shape. It comes with the tidewater trailer, which is in good shape and pulls straight. It has torsion axles and electric brakes.
