Accomodations:
This vessel is designed for blue water cruising/voyaging and must be seen to be appreciated. She is an aft cockpit cutter rigged vessel with roller furling on the forestay and the inner stay. The interior has the galley aft to starboard, main salon with settee on port, marine head forward to starboard and the sleeping cabin all the way forward. There is incredible storage and the vessel is ready now for blue water adventure. This vessel was originally constructed in 1992. She was in the water for a couple of years and then stored on the hard. Starting in 2003 she was sandblasted, lengthened, cabin top modified and enlarged, steel replaced/strengthened as necessary, and all of her cruising equipment was added. She was fully coated and painted and launched as you see her today in 2006.
This is the perfect vessel for the blue water sailor. It is designed and equipped with voyaging in mind. When the USCG inspected this vessel they said that they had never seen a vessel designed with safety in mind to the extent this one is. This vessel is laid out for the solo sailor and can work for a couple. There is very limited space for guests. However she does have extensive storage and many innovative design features for convenience and comfort. This is a true blue water vessel meant for extended off-shore experiences. Here is a vessel with everything needed for the cruising life that is also fully capable of any kind of passage making.
