SELLER DESCRIPTION

Sleeps five; two in the Master Cabin Forward, Two on the Salon Dinette, and one on the Pullman Berth that converts from the dinette s backrest. All interior woodwork is in a rich, honey colored teak and the interior sole is teal and holly. The head is amidships with separate stall shower and access doors from the salon and master cabin. The galley is L shaped and is to starboard on the aft bulkhead opposite the dinette to port. Up four steps through the double sliding, smoked plexiglass door to the helm deck with helm to starboard, opposite the companion seat to port. Down three steps from the helm deck is the full beam cockpit.

Galley:
Open to the salon and starboard aft is the all electric galley. It features a pull out pantry, under and over counter storage lockers and drawers with push/pull locking latches. The counters are Corian with an indented, two burner, Force 10 cooktop with flush cover. There is indirect lighting, a double stainless steel sink, Panasonic stainless microwave oven, and built in Black & Decker Spacemaker coffeemaker. Refrigeration is supplied by an upright 12V/110V Norcold Refrigerator/Freezer with interior matching teak door panels. A GFI outlet, carbon monoxide monitor and smoke detector complete the galley equipment. Lastly, a large, in-deck storage compartment is in the galley sole.
