Accomodations:
Stepping aboard this beauty through the transom door, it is immediately apparent that this boat has been cared for by meticulous owners. The large cockpit shines. Peeking down into the lazzarette, fish boxes, bait stations, etc., everything shines. There is no evidence of use in this vessel. Into the salon, which features the Viking "Luxury Edition Decor Package", to port is a large L-shaped Ultra Leather sofa with armrest option and matching Ultra Leather custom ottoman. To stbd. there is stunning teak cabinetry housing the main panel and audio components of the Viking Home Theatre Audio/Visual upgrade package. Forward to stbd., a large dinette area offers plenty of room for family and friends to enjoy the latest galley productions. Full forward are the visual components of the home theatre package as well as a built-in microwave/convection oven. Forward to port, the galley area features plenty of room to create, and also offers lots of storage, including a custom pantry area. Please note that all exterior cabinets in the salon and galley have the push-button fasteners. Center forward and down the companionway, to port is the guest cabin. This cabin features large bunks, storage, and easy access to the water maker. Next forward to port is the laundry area with up-and-down washer and dryer. To stbd. is the master cabin. Here we find a walk-around island berth with orthopedic mattress and custom spread and pillow shams. Hinged access to storage below the berth, large wardrobe locker, and plenty of teak cabinetry complete the storage package here. Also featured are vinyl head liner, vanity, TV/VCR, and an ensuite head. This area has a sink, vac-u-flush toilet, separate glass door stall shower, and wallpaper borders. Very nice. Full forward is the VIP cabin featuring elevated diagonal double berth with upgraded spread and pillow shams and lots of drawer storage below, wardrobe locker, opening foredeck hatch, vinyl headliner, port and stbd. storage shelves, and a TV/VCR. All cabins and indeed all living areas are fully air-conditioned.
Galley:
The large galley features teak and holly flooring, beautiful Corian countertops, large sink with Insta-hot water, "hidden" glass flat top two burner stove, full size refrigerator/freezer, and plenty of storage in the drawers and overhead cabinets, all in flawless teak. And don't forget that custom pantry!
Electonics and Navigational Gear:
The electronics package includes a Richie compass, Simrad-Anritsu RA7261UA 96 NM radar, Northstar 961, Simrad-Robertson Ap20-RPU80 auto-pilot, a Furuno FCV-582 8" fish graph, Garmin 2010 color plotter, Simrad 135 rudder indicator, Bennet Trim Tab indicator, ICOM VHF M-127 radio, ACR-100 D searchlight with point pad, Sea 156 VHF/FM radio, Furuno 292 color recorder with 2kw transducer, (2) Sony Sat-A50 DSS receivers, Kenwood Premium AM/FM/CD with upgraded speakers, automatic engine synchronizer, Seahail loud hailer, SeaTel Marine stabilized DSS antenna system, Voyager camera system, and Bose waterproof speakers all around.
Electrical System:
The electrical system includes a 17kw Onan generator (600 hrs), new batteries, 12/24v ship's power system, cranking batteries, battery charger/converter, battery switches, parallel switch, 240v shore power, Glendinning Cablemaster auto shore cord, voltage stabilizer transformer, and a zinc saver in the engine room.
Deck and Hull Equipment:
On deck we have a 40lb Danforth anchor with 100 feet of chain and 600 feet of nylon rope, electric windlass, (2) deck boxes, Buell air horns, Rupp outriggers with spreaders (silver with gold tips), factory installed hard top, radar mast on the hardtop, (6) flybridge rocket launchers, flybridge console handrails, cockpit indirect lighting, fender racks, (7) Lee rod holders in the cockpit, (4) underwater lights, transom door, and Viking fiberglass swim platform with folding ladder.
Additional Equipment:
In addition, we have (top to bottom), in the Viking hardtop there is an 18" Bowmar hatch over the companion seat, four-sided Strata-glass enclosure using the track-to-track system, overhead electronics boxes, ultra comfy Stidd helm seats, customized console that includes a hamper, (2) access doors, footrest, and metal door frames, and enough seating forward of the console for a crowd. There is also removable carpeting on the flybridge floor. And down below, don't forget the Viking Luxury Decor Package, the Viking Home Theatre Package, the upgraded ultra leather sofa and matching custom ottoman, the Viking Mini Decor Kit, wallpaper borders in both heads, the upgraded teak dining table to Magna Sahara, TV/VCR in both Master and VIP cabins, (3) unit whole ship AC with reverse cycle heat, dual thermostat for the cockpit freezer, a water maker, and dockside freshwater connection. Now, about that awlgripped engine room...let's start with the locking engine room door. Also, there are fuel priming pumps, modified fuel filter system to include extra Racors (reducing mid-trip bad fuel problems), auto bilge pumps, Halon auto fire extiguishing system, mechanical trolling valves, spare propellers, and power assisted steering. And finally, the MAN 1000 hour servicing was done recently at 978 hrs. All injectors were pulled and redone, all valves adjusted, the intercoolers were sent out and cleaned as were the heat exchangers, there's new coolant, fresh oil, new batteries, and a complete mechanical log of all work done. You've got to see this engine room!
Attention all experienced Viking owners or those who want to be. This is the cleanest, most TLC'd, best equipted fifty-footer on the market today! Better than new, all bugs were addressed years back, improvements made to better accomodate cruising, and the engine room (you must see the engine room) is waxed to a dazzle! With the factory upgrades such as hardtop, and very high end electronics, I repeat, it's the nicest fifty foot Viking on the market anywhere in the world! If you are prepared to be impressed, please call Jim Lloyd at (954) 881 1804, or toll free (877) 500 6560, or email jclloyd@bellsouth.net to see this beauty. And don't forget your checkbook.
