The water ballasted MacGregor 26X has the reputation of being one of the best handling and fastest trailerable cruising sailboats ever built with her big twin rudders, and long, deep daggerboard which can be pulled up so she can float in 9 of water. She can be towed by a standard car (under 8 beam for legal trailering)and launched and rigged quickly. Should the wind die down, she has been known to go over 20 knots with her 50 hp oil injected Nissan engine, ideal for Puget Sound or area lakes. She also comes with a trailer. At our office for viewing 7 days a week.
