This 270 Sundancer is in beautiful condition and I have survey in hand!!Her 7.4L Mercruiser has 253 FRESHWATER hours and her 5kw generator 173 hours. Accomodations:
The boat's cabin has a v-berth forward with a privacy curtain, a dinette that converts to a bunk for two to port, well-equipped galley and separate head to starboard, and a large berth aft. The cabin has four opening ports and an opening hatch with retractable sun shade. The head contains a sink, shower, and fresh water Vacu-flush water closet system.

Galley:
The galley contains a sink, butane stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, and ample storage.

Electonics and Navigational Gear:
Electronics include a Lowrance depth finder, a Raytheon VHF radio, and a Clarion AM/FM six-speaker stereo cassette player with a six CD changer and remote control panel at the helm.

Electrical System:
The 12-volt system receives power from two group 27 marine deep cycle batteries and includes a remote spot light, navigation, cabin, and courtesy lights, a power outlet, hot and cold pressure water, windlass, carbon monoxide alarm, Bennett trim tabs, two bilge pumps, an engine room blower,and a bilge high-water alarm. The 110-volt systems receives power through either 30-amp shore service or a 5 kw. Kohler generator. There is a battery charger, microwave oven, air conditioning system, and a six-gallon water heater. The generator has been run for a total of one hour.

Deck and Hull Equipment:
The boat's deck has a bow roller, a top-opening anchor rode locker, stainless steel bow rail, cleats, and swim ladder, a walk-through center windshield, and a fiberglass transom platform. The cockpit features a complete canvas enclosure, cockpit table, stereo speakers, built-in ice chest, fresh water washdown system, hot / cold swim shower, and comfortable seating for seven.
