This area allows for 360 degree views for both the captain and guests. The dash is multi-tiered with complete systems monitoring at a glance. Sails and Rigging:
The 400 Sea Ray Sundancer was born with the amenities owners sought in a luxury sportyacht. This 44' 4" platform with 13'8" beam packs in all of the conveniences and comfort you would find in a small condo. ***VESSEL WALKTHROUGH - EXTERIOR: Boarding the large swim platform from the port side. This platform has a recessed area for the hidden swim ladder. There is a large door that when raised exposes plenty of room for shore power cords, fenders, dock lines and water toys. You will also find shore connections for water supply, cable television and phone and a hot and cool water shower wand too! You enter the cockpit through the transom door positioned to the port side. As you enter the cockpit there is a large U-shaped entertaining area starboard side with removable center table. (Table not installed). To the port side there is a built-in step for deck access. Also, you will find a wet bar with icemaker. The helm area is up one step and to the starboard side. The captainâ¿¿s chair is positioned all the way to the starboard side and there is full instrumentation at the tiered dash along with electronics. Visibility is excellent. There is a double wide companion seating to the left of the captain's chair for guests. The wrap-around windshield has a beautiful stainless steel frame - very nice. For engine room access there is an electronic switch at the helm. When actuated the cockpit is raised giving access to the engines and other machinery. *** VESSEL WALKTHROUGH - INTERIOR: The cabin access door is immediately to the port side from the helm and down. Upon entering the cabin you will notice a great area for entertaining guests. A full galley to the port side with generous counterspace and lots of storage. Directly to the starboard is a crescent shaped convertible dinette with seating for 4 or 5. Aft from the dinette is a spacious mid cabin. This area doubles well for overflow dining, as it is open to the salon area. It also has a privacy door and direct access to the day head. On the centerline and forward of the Galley is a full dry head/shower and vanity, mirror with medicine cabinet and storage below. The Master Stateroom is all the way forward with centerline queen berth (no bed spread),. Under the berth there are drawers and stowage. There are twin port and starboard vanities and a large hanging locker. Overhead there is a hatch with screen and sunshade. This Master Cabin is very generous on space and makes a great place for the owner to stretch out. The interior cabinetry is lightwood with high-gloss finish and the joinery is superb Sea Ray quality!
