Accomodations:
Design elements that were of primary considerations during the construction of PRIME TIME were fuel economy and overall space utilization. By achieving maximum interior volume and minimizing fuel burn, PRIME TIME gives you the volume of a 104' Pilothouse Motoryacht and the efficiency of a long range cruiser. Fuel Economy is controlled by a "Checkmate" computer systems monitor. The "Checkmate" system integrates all the ships systems for ease of operation and monitoring efficiency of her MAN engine power. These engines have an operational feature that contributes to the yacht's fuel efficiency. Not until operating at load do the main engines engage all ten of each engine's cylinders. Only five cylinders are engaged until a "load" is reached thereby minimizing fuel burn. The second major aspect of PRIME TIME'S design was to maximize her interior space. The designer, Ed Monk, achieved this by creating an interior comprised of three levels. By designing her this way, her interior came out equaling that of a 104' raised pilothouse all in a hull length of only 88 6 . While allowing for maximum interior volume and headspace, your dockage space required is approximately 14' less than the comparable interior volume of other 104' yachts. When today s dockage rates routinely reach $5.00 per foot per day, you realize a savings of $70 per day. PRIME TIME is a custom "one off" raised pilothouse, fly bridge motor yacht which sleeps six in three cabins plus two additional crew cabins, which sleeps three to four. Entering through the high quality Freeman Offshore sliding door on the starboard side brings one to the pilothouse. The pilothouse is set up with off center helm to the right with Tracy helm chair; small dinette and wrap round circular mini couch area for viewing.
Galley:
The galley is the country kitchen style. This is a very large area with six large windows and a center island with sink and additional built in TV and full galley including Kitchen Aid side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice and water, Gaggenau oven and cook top, GE profile sensor convection/microwave, Kitchen aid dishwasher and Kitchen aid trash compactor. Countertops are off-white Corian with black matching accents.

*** Seller is Negotiable - Trades OK! ***PRIME TIME is this owner's third new build, second with Nordlund, et. al. and the attention to detail and careful planning shows. Engines were sized to give comfortable, economical cruising speeds and a larger than average beam produced a strong sea kindly hull that keeps on going when others turn back. The builders have over 81,000 hours of careful construction time in the yacht and have quoted a new sistership at $6.5-7 million. Expensive? Not really as it goes with the territory when buying top of the line equipment, be it yachts or jets."PRIME TIME" OPERATIONAL PARAMETERSDesign elements that were of primary considerations during the construction of PRIME TIME were fuel economy and overall space utilization.
