Accomodations:
MAGNIFICA is a very large, well-built express cruiser built to the highest standards by Baia Yachts. The midnight blue hull is outstanding and the white super structure compliments the beautiful exterior profile of this fine Italian yacht. The foredeck is clean, uncluttered and open with a very large sunning pad. The fiberglass hard top with radar arch is very versatile and when the electric powered sun roof is closed, this immense cockpit lounging area can be closed off with Eisenglas curtains and air-conditioned. The expansive and spacious cockpit has a helm station forward, bolstered seating for 6 while to starboard are two refrigerated drink lockers, U-Line icemaker and wet sink and wet bar with built-in flat screen TV facing to starboard. Immediately aft is a very large, luxurious U-shaped seating for 8-10 while opposite is L-shaped seating for an additional 3-4 people. Both cushioned seating areas have +hi-low tables. The entire cockpit, aft deck and swim platform areas are beautifully finished with teak decks. Bow deck includes escape hatches, Crew quarters for 2, and large sun pad w/cover non skid pattern. From the cockpit area comfortable stairs lead down to the Salon. The Main Salon is beautifully finished in high gloss cherrywood interior, off-white wallcoverings and high quality beige knit carpet. There is a central vacuum system throughout. The Main Salon features large and expansive oval shaped seating area to port with a beautifully crafted burled cherry cabinetry, drawers and cupboards. The entertainment center to starboard includes a Sony Trinitron TV, Sony RXDS stereo system and Sony VHS VCR and is housed in beautiful cherrywood cabinetry. The galley to starboard is very functional and can be open to the Main Salon or enclosed with a beautiful pocket door and sliding partition. Master Stateroom Master Stateroom is beautiful and exquisitely appointed with a centerline queen sized bed surrounded on either side with beautifully built-in cherrywood cabinetry finished in a high gloss. The cabinetry tops are finished in a burled cut and are extremely attractive. The light headline and walls compliment the Italian woodwork and make this Stateroom very open and spacious. Aft is a built-in entertainment center with a AIWA TV/VCR combination and a swivel pull-out vanity below. Also located in the Master Stateroom is a safe and secondary hatch for emergency access. Deck and Hull Equipment:
