Accomodations:
The master stateroom is forward and features a V-berth to sleep two. There is ample storage with 2 cedar lined hanging lockers and drawers found under the berth. There is also a dressing seat and vanity with stainless sink and mirror. For ventilation find the large hatch above with screen and two opening stainless portlights. Also a 12 volt Hella fan. The main saloon features a bulkhead mounted table with book shelve behind. The port straight settee has at the aft end the aft facing navigation station. The L-shaped starboard side settee will convert to sleep two. The head is in a class of it's own for a 36 ft aft cockpit boat. Angled bulkheads have made wonderfull use of this space. There is a manual marine head, sink and seperate stall shower. There is clever use of space throughout the head compartment for storage. The galley is at the base of the companionway and to starboard. Aft and to starboard find the guest cabin that can accommodate two in comfort behind a closed privacy door. Teak and holly floors through out and in wonderful condition, as is all the cherry wood interior. Low profile blinds cover all the portlights for sun protection and privacy. The cushions are in excellent condition and the owner has removed all personal gear for your easy inspection.

Galley:
The galley is L shaped and well designed for use either while underway or at the dock. The double stainless steel sink is close to the vessels centerline so it remains usable while underway. The single lever hot and cold water faucet also lifts so it can be used as a sprayer for rinsing pots and pans. The counter tops are White formica. The standard ice box has had added to it Adler Barbour refrigeration. There is a stainless steel Regal LPG Gas Systems 2 burner gimballed stove with oven and broiler and maple wood chopping block cover. Other features include: counter top trash bin with cover, cold water hand pump, ice box pump out, storage for food and dishes along starboard side and below sink in drawers and cabinets.
