1999 SUMERSET HOUSEBOATS First Glass, $35,000-1/5 Share or $$175,000 for 5 Shares. First Glass is a 1999 68'x16' SUMERSET HOUSEBOATS houseboat that has only had 5 partners. It is located at Antelope Point Marina and is professional maintained. It is in near-new condition and features a number of significant upgrades including two (2) banks of solar panels, inverter, and large battery storage to store solar and generator power to support 90% of on-lake power requirement, new granite counter tops, a new plasma HDTV entertainment center and more. The layout includes two (2) bathrooms/one shower, sleeps 8 in beds, cuddy cabin with sink, washer and dryer hookups, a full kitchen with side by side fridge/freezer, ice maker, trash compactor, dishwasher, range, oven, and microwave. First Glass is also equipped with a chest freezer, water slide, oversized A/C,(5 Ton), Davit crane, two (2) captain stations, toy gas tank combined with main tank, BBQ grill, and more.
