Accomodations:
The boat has an open, airy feel with a light cherry wood interior and 6"10" of headroom throughout most of the boat. Four Marine Air reverse cycle air conditioning units keep the boat comfortable and lots of large windows provide great visibility. The large open flybridge deck can can accommodate up to ten. This classiic pilothouse cruiser features two very large and comfortable staterooms with king-sized berths, plus a third cabin with over and under bunks. Master head is oversized and private with large stall shower. Shared guest head is also large with separate stall shower. Both heads are extremly well appointed with brass fixtures, full-size wood-pannelled vanities with Corian sink and coutertops and VacuFlush electric heads. The master stateroom is midship with lots of storage, hanging lockers, and built-in television and CD stereo. The VIP stateroom is forward with a large overhead hatch, lots of storage and built-in television.The main salon is behind the lower helm station and features a new custom leather sofa and full entertainment center with television and stereo, bar and icemaker. Flybridge lounge has two full-sized lounges, companion seating plus companion love seat, seperate stereo and wet bar with icemaker, sink and JennAir grill. The aft deck is large and open with awning, screens and enclosures, patio table and chairs for five.

Mechanical Equipment:
NOTE: Standard engines are 370hp, this vessel has optional upgraded FWC 430hp Volvo TAMD73P diesels.Onboard fuel polishing system, Racor fuel filters, raw water strainers and oil transfer and changing system for mains and generator. ZF transmissions, dripless shaft seals, and four blade bronze props. Hydraulic steering, Morse single lever engine controls, full engine electronics and gauges, and rudder angle indicator. Bennett trim tabs, and upgraded 12hp bow thruster. Fuel shut off valve, engine alarm, (2) automatic bilge pumps, bilge blower, and automatic Haylon fire supression system. Electric tank level monitors for freshwater and holding tanks. Shaft seals are new in 2006.

Galley:
The spacious, U-shaped full galley is up and will impress any gourmet. Excellent storage finished in light wood with Corian countertops. Additional storage and access to the engine room is provided through a hydraulic hatch in the galley floor. The galley has a large GE upright/refrigerator freezer, built-in convection microwave oven, Princess three burner electric stove, and double sink with garbage disposal. Dockside and pressure water system with 13gal heat exchange water heater. Washer and dryer is located in master stateroom.

Electonics and Navigational Gear:
Fully equipped navagation suite for long-range or coastal cruising including laptop interface at lower and upper helm stations. Raytheon GPS with color chart plotter, speed and distance logs, and switchable satillite antennas. Interfaced Raytheon autopilot, Ratheon 24 mile radar, Ritchie compasses, depth sounder. Raytheon VHF radios with forward and aft hailers. All navigation electronics are repeated at both helm stations.Custom chart drawer under settee in pilothous and custom shelved locker in forward companionway for navigational supplies. Entertainment electronics include stereo CD players on flybridge and in salon and master stateroom. Televisions with DVD players in salon, master and VIP staterooms.

Electrical System:
Kohler 13.5kw generator, 12 volt and 24 volt DC system with (7) batteries total. Proline 3000 watt invert with charger and remote control, and (3) battery parallel switches. Glendenning PowerCord with 65' 50amp dockside cable.

Deck and Hull Equipment:
Sliding glass doors lead out to the open air aft cockpit with cockpit awning, patio table and chairs, enclosures and screens, and four rod holders. Transom door leads to ample swim platform with hot and cold frewhwater shower and stainless steel swim ladder. Flybridge has custom removable chart table, covers for all seating and helm, Bimini top with enclosures.To the rear on the flybridge overhang is a 12' center console Caribe dinghy with 40hp Mercury outboard in a cradle with electric davits. Forward on the bow is bow pulpit with remote control Muir windlass, 60# CQR anchor with chain and rode, and custom stainless steel Sampson post. Bow rails and side stations with lifelines. Dock lines, fenders, life jackets and USCG approved safety package.NOTE: The hull-to-deck joint for the full length of both sides was cleaned and re-sealed with new stainless steel rub rail, and full hull and deck was compounded, buffed and waxed in 2006.

Additional Equipment:
Owner will consider trade for 35' to 40' single or twin diesel express or down east style with enclosed master, full head w/ seperate shower. Or, real estate on Florida west coast, specific details are as follows:Two bedroom w/ den or three bedroom with or without a den. Higher ceilings, larger two car garage, larger lanai open to the living area, with or without a pool or hot tub.Canal property with or with out a dock & lift, but at least so that they could be installed. Sailboat access direct to open water or with a bridge of at least 14' or better and deep water canal.Location to be on the west coast of Fl. somewhere between Clearwater and south Sarasota, but preferably from South Sarasota to Ft. Myers. Would consider a building lot with all the right requirements, or building lot zoned for a duplex or a four unit building.
