1999 Hunter 450 Passage with generator and air conditioning. The Hunter Passage 450 was designed, engineered and built to provide the ultimate in comfort and livability. She s a sloop rig with in mast mainsail furling, bulb keel, spade rudder, and keel stepped mast. Her center cabin offers superb accommodations in an expansive area. The aft stateroom boasts a private tub/shower and private access to the aft head; a real queen-size, innerspring mattress adorns the master berth, while a huge amount of hanging lockers and shelving provide great storage throughout the entire vessel. The forward stateroom also has a private head. Headroom in this vessel is 6 6", and the vessel also has a navigational station, large salon, and a wrap-around galley. The Hunter 450 was designed, engineered and built to provide the owners with the ultimate in comfort and livability. Descending the spiral companionway, one is amazed by the great head room (6'6"), and spacious salon area. The galley is to port and the navigation station to starboard. Walking aft is the master head, with dual entry doors from both the salon and the master cabin. The Hunter 450 sleeps six in comfort, and has many screened, opening ports and hatches for great ventilation. The after Master suite includes a queen size inner spring mattress with a large amount of hanging lockers and shelving for great storage. The combo bathtub and shower are adorned by the beautiful custom shower door. The Master has a nice desk/computer station. Forward the guest stateroom has a full double inner spring mattress and drawers with hanging lockers...plus a private head and shower. The fully equipped galley is unusually large, and unencumbered. There is a dual opening refrigerator for quick and easy access and a top opening freezer.
